Eco Box offers the same great service whether you order in person, online, phone or via fax.
- All local deliver orders placed by 4:30 pm Monday through Thursday will be delivered next day. Order placed by 6:00 pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday.
- Out of Austin, TX order placed by 3:00 pm will be ship via UPS Ground or other carrier the same day.
- Customer service is available from 8 am - 6 pm Monday through Friday, via phone or email.
- Signup and use your Eco BoX account allows for quick re-ordering.
For applicable accounts, customer-specific pricing is visible once you have logged in and added the items to your shopping cart.
