Bought too many boxes for you move?  Bought the wrong size box for your item or product? Return any item for any reason within 30 days for a refund with the following terms and conditions:

1. All returns or exchanges MUST be new, unused, unopened and accompanied by a receipt.
2. No refunds or exchanges on USED moving boxes.
3. No returns or exchanges accepted after 30 days from receipt date.
4. All returns over $75.00 will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
5. All local returns or exchanges can be made at any of our store locations. Pickup service within the Austin, TX metro area for returns or exchange is available for $20.00 per trip.
6. No refunds or exchanges on special order and custom products.
7. Customer pays for all shipping and insurance charges for merchandise returned by postal service, UPS, FedEx or freight carrier.
8. No cash refunds. All refunds will be resolved by check, credit card refund or by in store credit only. No exceptions.
