Shipping & Delivery Options:

• Customer Pick-Up - Please note the location you wish to pickup your order in the 'Special Delivery Instructions' form field of the 'Review & Submit Your Order' page. Not all items are available at all stores.  Please call to confirm availability.
• Same Day Local Delivery - This service is subject to truck/courier availability in San Antonio and Bryan, TX for a minimum $75 charge. Deadline for same day courier service is 12 PM CST. This service is only available Monday – Friday. No weekend deliveries. Orders placed after 12 PM CST on a Friday will default to Monday delivery.
• Next Day Local Delivery - Local service is available in San Antonio and Bryan, TX as represented by the green area on the map. Click here for a map of our delivery area. Local delivery is free for orders over $225. There is a delivery fee for local orders that do not meet the minimum requirement of $50 in San Antonio and Bryan/College Station. Deadline for next day delivery is 4:00 PM CST. We do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. Note the order minimums for free delivery in the non local areas are as follows: (1) San Antonio blue area minimum is $295 and pink area is $400.
• Nationwide Shipping - EcoBox ships non-local orders via UPS or FedEx and larger orders via Motor Freight. The cost shown on your order for Motor Freight is only an estimate.  If shipping Motor Freight, some additional charges may apply to certain addresses and/or items.  A sales representative will promptly contact you before your order has shipped with any additional charges. At that time, you may elect to cancel or approve the order. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Orders placed on these days will ship the following Business Day.
