Order Deadline:- Order by 4:30pm CST for Same Day Shipping - Free Local Delivery with $95min Order - Free Nationwide Shipping* with $500min order Shipping & Delivery Options: - Customer Pick-Up - Please note the location you wish to pickup your order in the 'Special Delivery Instructions' form field of the 'Review & Submit Your Order' page. Not all items are available at all stores. Please call to confirm availability.
- Same Day Local Delivery - This service is available in Austin, San Antonio and Bryan, TX for a $25 charge. Deadline for same day courier service is 12 PM CST. This service is only available Monday – Friday. No weekend deliveries. Orders placed after 12 PM CST on a Friday will default to Monday delivery.
- Next Day Local Delivery - This service is available in Austin, San Antonio and Bryan, TX. Click here for a map of our delivery area. Delivery is free for orders over $95. There is a $25 delivery fee for orders that do not meet the minimum requirement. Deadline for next day delivery is 4:30 PM CST. We do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. Orders placed after 4:30 PM CST on a Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday.
- Nationwide Shipping - EcoBox ships non-local orders via UPS and larger orders via Motor Freight. Orders greater than $500 qualify for FREE Nationwide Shipping. Orders less than $500 still qualify for our low costs UPS Ground rates. *If shipping Motor Freight, some additional charges may apply to certain addresses and/or orders. If your order does not qualify for Free Nationwide Shipping a representative will promptly contact you before your order has been shipped with any additional charges. At that time, you may elect to cancel or approve the order. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or holidays orders placed on these days will ship the following Monday.
