Order Deadlines:

Deadline for same day UPS shipping is 3:30PM CST.

Deadline for same day local delivery (Austin, TX Only) is 12PM CST. and costs $15.

Deadline for next day, free, local delivery (Austin, TX Only) is 4:30PM CST and requires a $95 - $195 minimum order depending on location.
Shipping & Delivery Options:

Customer Pick-Up - You may pick up your order at our Rutland Dr. location. If you wish to pick up your order at one of our other location please note this in the 'Special Delivery Instructions' form field of the 'Review & Submit Your Order' page. Not all items are available at our Round Rock & Brodie Ln. stores and may require an extra day for pick-up at those locations.

Same Day Local Delivery - This service is available in Austin, TX for a $15 charge. Delivery to outlaying areas is available at a charge of $2.50 per mile from zip code 78758. Extra charges for this service will be added to your order upon your approval. Deadline for same day courier service is 12 PM CST. This service is only available Monday – Friday. No weekend deliveries. Orders placed after 12 PM CST on a Friday will default to Monday delivery.

Next Day Local Delivery - This service is available to Austin, TX and outlaying areas only. Click here for a map of our delivery area. Delivery is free for orders over $95 in Austin, TX and $195 for orders in outlaying areas. There is a $15 delivery fee for orders that do not meet the minimum requirement. Deadline for next day delivery is 4:30 PM CST. We do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. Orders placed after 4:30 PM CST on a Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday.

UPS Ground - Eco Box ships out of town orders via UPS and larger orders via Motor Freight. Many of the items we sell qualify for oversized charges but our shopping cart does not currently reflect this. When these charges apply we will contact you within 4 business hours with a revised quote. Your credit card will not be charged until you have approved your revised quote. UPS orders placed before 3:30 PM CST will ship same day. Orders placed after 3:30 PM CST will ship the following business day. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday, orders placed on these days will ship the following Monday. For larger orders shipping via Motor Freight please allow 1-2 business days for shipment. Orders shipping via Motor Freight may qualify for liftgate and residential delivery charges. Click here to view our UPS time in transit map. Eco Box ships to street addresses only, we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO addresses or outside the 48 states.
Important Delivery Notice: If you do not plan to be home to receive your delivery, Eco Box will, in good faith, try to leave your order in a reasonable location such as a porch, carport or by your garage at the discretion of our driver.

Deliveries made to multi storied buildings will encure a $7 delivery fee.
